ARTICLE A17.

This spacer is supplied with an additional bracket; the bracket-spacer combination in the closed position prevents the spacer arms from bending under the tension of the retaining wires. This tension causing a downward pushing action, is evident in vineyards with the presence of counter slopes (e.g. on the ridge of a hill). It is advisable to consider inserting some brackets on the piles placed on the ridge.
